Below you will find our general terms and conditions, which form the basis for the provision of all services at AmandaPandaShop.com. At www.AmandaPandaShop.com, we offer a personalized shopping and service experience tailored to your interests and needs. At www.AmandaPandaShop.com we sell AmandaPanda articles.
1. ENTERING A PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND DELIVERY OF GOODS
1.1 When you order AmandaPanda items, you enter into a purchase agreement with AmandaPanda IVS, Lange-Müllers Allé 28, 2960 Rungsted Kyst, DK, CVR 39984970.
1.2 By clicking “Submit the order and pay”, you place a binding order on the items in your shopping cart. We will send you an order confirmation per email as soon as you place your order. A binding purchase agreement is entered into when you receive an order confirmation from us. The order confirmation is considered received as soon as we have sent it to the email address that you registered in your AmandaPanda account, and when this email has reached the server of your email provider. The terms of the purchase agreement will be stored with AmandaPanda and will be available under “My Account” at www.AmandaPandaShop.com.
1.3. When you complete your purchase, you agree that the payment requirement may be transferred to third parties, not limited to AmandaPanda. In this connection, you should be aware that transfer can be made to companies both inside and outside AmandaPanda IVS.
1.4 We inform you that AmandaPanda is under no obligation to deliver your order in the event that our suppliers do not exceptionally deliver to our warehouse, even though we have followed a proper ordering practice (compliant purchasing transaction). In order for this exception to apply, it is a condition that we are not legally liable for the goods in question being inaccessible and we must also have informed you of the situation without undue delay. Furthermore, it is a condition that we have not assumed the purchasing risk in relation to the order in question. If we cannot get your order home, we will refund any payment in connection therewith without undue delay.
1.5 We are solely required to make delivery from our available warehouse. In cases where time periods are specified in working days, it should be understood as all days between Monday and Friday (both days inclusive), with the exception of public holidays in Denmark.
2. PRICES AND DELIVERY COSTS
2.1 The prices stated on our website at the time the order is placed are valid. The prices quoted are final prices (in total), and in other words include VAT in accordance with the applicable rate. The goods are AmandaPanda’s property until the full purchase price has been paid.
2.2 When purchasing goods, delivery costs are charged above the price of the goods. Delivery costs are min. Kr. 35 and depends on the weight of the goods and geographic destination. The delivery costs are stated in the order confirmation.
3.1 In principle, AmandaPanda offers the following payment methods: Prepayment, credit card and Paypal payment. We reserve the right to reject certain payment methods for a given order and to refer to other payment methods. You will have to cover any costs incurred in connection with money transactions.
3.2 If you pay with a debit card, the amount on your card will be deducted when we send your order.
3.3 We reserve the right to charge 1.5% in interest plus a fee of DKK 100 for late payment. You have the right to provide evidence that the actual loss was substantially less than the specified fee or that we did not suffer any loss.
3.4 You agree to receive invoices and credit notes in electronic form only.
4. Statutory cancellation rights
WHEN YOU BUY AMANDAPANDA GOODS, YOU HAVE A LEGAL RIGHT TO REVISE YOUR PURCHASE:
If you decide to return your goods, you can use the enclosed return shipping label, or you can print it from “My Account” at www.AmandaPandaShop.com. If you do not have access to a printer, if you experience problems downloading the return form, or you need a new return label, you are welcome to contact customer service and request a new return shipping label (see contact details below). Help us avoid unnecessary costs by always using the return label when returning items.
You have the right to cancel your purchase agreement within 14 days without stating any reasons. The 14-day cancellation right includes 14 full days and runs from the day you, or a person designated by you (but not the supplier), delivered the last of your items. To use your cancellation right, you must return the goods with the return label that was attached to your order. You have to return the goods before the 14-day period expires.
Effects of the right of cancellation
If you cancel your purchase agreement by using your right of cancellation, we are obliged to refund all payments we have received from you including delivery costs (except costs associated with a delivery method which is not offered within our standard delivery method, without undue delay, and within 14 days of the day we received your notice of cancellation of the purchase agreement.
Refunds will be refunded to you via the same payment method as you used in the original purchase, unless we have explicitly agreed with you that another refund method is possible. We do not charge any fees for the refund. However, we will withhold your refund until we receive the refunded goods. You are obliged to return all the goods in question to us without any damage and in the same conditions as you received the goods. The above conditions are considered to be fulfilled if you return the goods in question within the 14-day period. We will refund the shipping costs, provided that you use the enclosed return shipping label for shipping which you received with your goods; otherwise you will be required to pay the shipping costs yourself. You are only liable to bear any costs of any impairment of the goods if the impairment is due to your incorrect handling of the goods, property and function of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: If you have purchased a sealed item and if you have broken this seal, the item cannot be returned. Sealing includes packaging intended to protect the goods and ensure that the goods have not been opened.
If you have paid an invoice or prepaid your order, please provide us with the name of your bank and the account and registration information for which the refund is due. If you paid via Paypal or by credit card, the refund will be sent to your Paypal account or refunded to your credit card.

7. LEGAL LIABILITY FOR FAILURE AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
7.1 Our liability for deficiencies is governed by the relevant legislation in this area.
7.2 When you shop at AmandaPandaShop.com you have 24 months to notify us of any defects in your goods.
7.3 It is possible for persons over 18 to make use of the services on the website www.AmandaPandaShop.com.
7.4 Each customer is entitled to create one customer account at AmandaPandaShop.com. We reserve the right to delete two or more existing accounts belonging to the same customer.
7.5 A notice of defects must be justified, and the defect must not be the result of your incorrect handling of the goods. AmandaPanda will decide whether your notice of defect is justified based on the information you provide to us.
7.6 In order to be entitled to exercise the right as mentioned above for defective goods, you must give notice of the defects within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defects in the goods. If you give notice of this within two months from the day you discover the defect, the notice will always be deemed to be given within a reasonable time.

Form: notice of deficiencies
If you wish to notify us of any defects, please provide the following information in an email to email@example.com:

7.8 If you disagree with AmandaPanda’s decision as to whether the product in question is defective, you may file a complaint with the ‘Center for Complaints’.
