1. Prices and Ordering

All prices are quoted in DKK in Denmark, NOK in Norway, SEK in Sweden, Euro in the Eurozone countries, GBP in Great Britain, CNY in China, CAD in Canada, AUD in Australia, SGD in Singapore, HKD in Hong Kong, Rub in Russia and USD in the United States and elsewhere. All prices are inclusive of 25% VAT. The prices are exclusive of shipping, which will be added to the order once the shipping address is entered during check-out in the webshop.

The agreement concerning the purchase of products from AmandaPandashop [here in after ‘AmandaPanda’] is considered to have been established with final effect when the order has been dispatched by AmandaPanda.
AmandaPanda accepts no liability for any printing errors, pricing errors or VAT and tax changes. Offers are valid while stocks last.

2. Payment Terms

At AmandaPanda, you can use the following methods of payment:

There is no charge for using payment cards. The order amount will be debited from your account when the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. AmandaPanda uses the security protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which encrypts (encodes) information.

We are not storing credit card information; all the credit card information is stored in Stripe Payment gateway in encrypted form.

It will never be possible to deduct a higher amount than the amount of your order and which you approve when you pay for your order.

3. Order Confirmation and Delivery

When you order goods from AmandaPanda, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This order confirmation contains an overview of the products you have ordered, indicating the price paid and your name and delivery address. 

We aim to dispatch the goods within three to five working days after receipt of an order.

When you purchase from AmandaPanda, you can select PostNord as delivery methods. Delivery is calculated based on PostNord’s current rates. If you wish your order to be delivered by a different carrier, please contact Customer Services by email info@amandapandashop.com. All shipments will be delivered to Incoterms 2010 DAP (Ship-to address). The invoice will be sent to you by mail when you order.

4. The Right to Return And Cancel

Goods can be returned up to 14 days after receipt if they are in the same condition as upon arrival so that the products have not lost any significant value for AmandaPanda. The goods can be exchanged for other goods, or you can receive a refund. This will be processed after AmandaPanda has received the returned goods.

The easiest way to take advantage of your right of withdrawal is to complete the return slip provided and return the goods to us. If you choose not to use our return slip, please contact us and inform us of your decision by sending an email to returns@AmandaPandashop.com. You must enter your name, your address, customer number, and social security number. The item must be returned in safe packaging.

5. Complaints

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have the right to complain for a period of 24 months after the date of purchase for all goods. This right of complaint means that you, as a customer can complain about original faults and defects in connection with the product that become apparent up to 24 months after the product was purchased. The right of complaint covers manufacturing faults and defects. 
Product defects caused by ordinary wear, rough play or incorrect use are not covered by the right of complaint. You must complain within a reasonable period after you become aware of the defect. We will refund any reasonable carriage costs you incur in returning the product when the complaint is justified. If you receive a product that has been damaged during transport or if a product breaks immediately after receipt, we will send you a replacement product. You can also choose to have your money refunded. If you wish to complain, you should contact us as soon as possible. You can contact AmandaPanda by e-mail to returns@amandapandashop.com. Remember to state your name, address and invoice/order number, and the goods you wish to return

6. Legal Venue 

Disputes that involve AmandaPanda shall be resolved by the Court in Copenhagen, Denmark as the court of the first instance unless mandatory legislation indicates otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

In order to be sent products, you must state your name, postal address, telephone number, and e-mail address. When you have ordered goods that are to be sent to someone else, you must also state the delivery address. 
AmandaPanda will store your name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address in a customer database to which only AmandaPanda’s employees will have access. The information will be retained for five years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. AmandaPanda’s customer information will not be disclosed or sold to third parties. Your information will be used to market our services to you if you have expressly given your permission for us to do so. You can be deleted from the customer database at any time by sending an e-mail to info@amandapandashop.com.
As a customer, you can always ask to see the information that is held on you, and you can object to the record in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data. See also AmandaPanda’s privacy policy.

8. Security

AmandaPanda uses the security protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which encrypts (encodes) information. Credit card information will, therefore, be sent directly from the payment server via NETS to the bank – and will not be saved or stored in our system or any other party’s system at any time. 
In the case of payment by debit card, you will always be protected against misuse. You will not have to pay any excess if your card is misused in an internet transaction that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system.

9. General Reservations

No liability is accepted for any printing errors, sold-out goods, or tax changes. Prices are subject to change.
